Mission Statement
Our mission is to provide uncompromised Project Management, never
wavering on our commitment to delivering projects on time, within budget, to
our client’s Quality, Safety and Environmental specification requirements.
To
achieve this, CivilTeam Engineering will, at all times, endeavor to develop
corporate partnerships to understand our clients’ goals.
Teamwork, accountability
and respect are the hallmarks of CivilTeam Engineering’s work culture and ethos,
both in our internal and external dealings. CivilTeam Engineering staff will
lead by example from the Managing Director through to Leading Hands.

CivilTeam Engineering's current company goals are as follows:
- To maintain our management systems certified to the highest possible standard
- By performance, to maintain the status of preferred contractor to our clients
- To have good relationships with our clients, with an honest and strong partnering approach to the contracts undertaken
- To be committed to the management systems, this in turn will give our clients a higher degree of assurance in the areas of safety, quality and environmental controls
- To provide a safe and enjoyable workplace
- To strategically target points, within the civil construction industry, in any location within New South Wales and Queensland, or where a project suits CivilTeam's experience
- Remuneration for staff and project employees to be at or above the industry standard
- To grow in turnover to in excess of $40m per annum
- To increase the number of project teams as necessary

Record of Achievements
CivilTeam Engineering has received positive feedback from our clients, by way of findings from external audits performed on our project management systems. At CivilTeam we strongly encourage both internal and external audits of our project management systems and believe that audits are excellent methods of developing our project management systems and skills.
